Healthy Energy Balls

After a sweaty workout, it is important that you supply your body with energy again in the form of good calories, i.e. complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and natural sugar sources. We have put together a recipe for energy balls for you here, which you can quickly prepare at home and take with you to the gym.

Healthy Energy Balls

You need the following ingredients for 10 energy balls:

  • 1 cup of Medjool dates
  • 1⁄2 cup of nuts of your choice
  • 1⁄2 cup of oatmeal
  • 2-3 tablespoons nut butter or oil (e.g. almond butter, coconut oil)

Now you proceed as follows: Put all ingredients together in a stand mixer and mix for one minute.
